Hi Everyone,

Sat Nam. I've scheduled some more great events for the end of the month and into October! Time keeps moving and Seattle keeps growing.  See you in class!

This week I'm featuring  two events: 

1. Monday Sept 26, the Fall Equinox Class with a 31 minute Gong Sivasana. Be sure to bring an apple.
2. Friday Sept 30, a new event I call "Kundalini Remix". We're going to break out all the jams with this one.  Lots of Chanting, loads of Dancing, an extended Gong layo...
