![]() | Anne Taylor, Ph.D. (Harkirat Kaur) The mission of eKundaliniYoga.com is to use the power of technology to tap into the group consciousness of Kundalini Yoga and to connect with the wisdom of one’s Higher Self, from wherever you are via live streaming internet classes. Founder, Anne Taylor, B.S., Ph.D., (Harkirat Kaur) is a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor, as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Anne practices and teaches Kundalini Yoga because it is a technology of movement, mantra, meditation, and breathing, designed specifically to bring balance to the brain, and endocrine system while strengthening the nervous system. While the somatic benefits are worth the practice alone, the overall effect on one’s psyche is profound. Stress, anxiety, and stress-induced depression may be mitigated with sustained practice—many students feel the effects from the very first class. 360-499-3780 anne@eKundaliniYoga.com www.eKundaliniYoga.com |

![]() | Joe Panzetta (Sat Sangeet Singh) Joe has been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 1996 and was certified to teach in 2001. Meditation and Pranayama have been a particular interest of his for years. He works in a high demand corporate environment and loves to explore what he calls “stealth meditation,” the practice of incorporating mindfulness and meditation into the work day without anyone knowing you’re doing it. Joe is also a life long musician and occasionally brings his guitar to his classes for kirtan. He will release a CD of Kundalini mantra later this year. Joe leads a drop-in Tuesday night class in Northgate that is open to all levels. He is available for consultations, particularly having to do with stress reduction and mindfulness “off the meditation cushion.” Joe is also a student and practitioner of Taoism and Buddhism with particular interest in Zen. He says of his journey with Kundalini Yoga: “Kundalini Yoga is a true blessing. It is a practice of affecting the body’s vibration quickly and on a cellular level. This allows the negative vibrations we carry with us from the stresses and demands of life to be replaced with those that are balanced and in harmony with the Whole. The experience is one of grounding, strength and elevation. Sat Nam.” 206.898.3149 joe@joepanzetta.com |

Michael Afrides (Mahan Deva Singh) I am so blessed to be able to teach yoga to you all. Kundalini Yoga found me, first when a book on it showed up in my lobby free pile. A month later, a Kundalini class began in a local temple I frequented, and I decided to try it out. At first I wasn't sure I liked it, but something kept drawing me back. I got more serious about Kundalini Yoga about the time I watched an online lecture by Yogi Bhajan on sadhana, or spiritual practice. Somehow, he made getting up early in the morning to do yoga attractive, just by his sincerity. I used the book that long ago showed up in my lobby to design my first daily practice. And things started changing.... Shortly after I began practicing in the morning, my partner Kate joined me because she found herself repeating the mantras in her sleep. After a few months, I quit my job and with some help from family and the Universe, I managed to go to a Kundalini Yoga teacher training in India. There I was blessed to study with some great teachers from Golden Bridge Yoga in L.A., as well as meet some masters from other traditions. I have now been practicing this yoga for a little over two years, and I have changed in more ways than I could have imagined. I look forward to sharing this very dynamic yoga practice with you. I believe each of you has something to teach the world, and only you can do it. Kundalini yoga will help you align with your central truth, your Sat Nam, and empower you to sing it from the rooftops. Sat Nam and God bless you. 608.294.0148 mafrides@gmail.com

![]() | Namjeev Kaur Khalsa
At a young age Namjeev realized that she has psychic abilities. She began seeing energy patterns and spirit energy at a very young age. One of her play-time activities before grade school was to play a psychic waitress. She experienced a tough time staying in her body as she would fall asleep - feeling her spirit fight to escape her physical body and fly freely. At around the age of 10 she experienced her first of many visions of death like grandfather's death that would happen 10 years in the future. At this time in her life Namjeev did not have the knowledge or support group to help interpret these visions or what was happening to her. Feeling like a complete freak she began to abuse cigarettes and alcohol as a way of suppression to no success and struggled with this gift for years. In 2007 she was one of 16 psychics chosen to compete on Lifetime's American Psychic Challenge. It was on this show that Namjeev realized the magnitude of her resentment towards her abilities that she now sees and loves as gifts. Before the show Namjeev did not actively identify herself as a psychic, so the show catapulted her 'coming out' to the world about her abilities. Since then she has been active in giving readings and helping mentor others with identifying and developing their own psychic gifts. Today Namjeev absolutely loves her gifts and spends her time bringing messages through and helping others to understand and expand their own psychic gifts. Namjeev does not use tarot or crystals during readings, she receives messages directly from spirit and she gives the information as it comes. Her readings take on much of the same feeling of her long time theme song "Tell it like it is" by Aaron Neville. Since 2005 Namjeev has enjoyed a steady Kundalini Yoga practice. Her love of the practice and the teachings led her to becoming a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher as taught by Yogi Bhajan in 2009 from Yoga West in Los Angeles. 213.280.8437 namjeevkhalsa@gmail.com www.AskNamjeev.com |

![]() | Simirit Anand Singh Khalsa The name given to me a few days after birth, from Siri Singh Sahib HarBhajan Singh Yogiji was Simirit Anand Singh, meaning: Master of Meditation Bliss Lion. It honors me to have started learning from Yogi Bhajan, at that young age of 3 days. During this special visit with my parents and guests, Yogiji said that I was a good friend of his & that he’d not seen me in a long time. I now remember the Siri Singh Sahib as a great friend also. Complete Destiny are those points in life, aligning like stepping stones for us to realize our greatest purpose in this life. Realizing one’s status as sovereign huemon (a responsible master of the self) during this life’s journey, is one of profound healing and liberation. From my perspective the Student/Teacher connection is like one of those steps toward destiny; this how I approach every student I know. To always provide an experience of refuge and total grace to know happiness consciously. (Not a KRI-certified teacher.) 425.244.8994 fateh@gurusvision.com
